Introduction

Thank you for participating in our indoor dust analysis program led by Professor Mark Patrick Taylor at the Department of Environmental Sciences staff at Macquarie University in Sydney.

As part of your participation in this program we need to collect data about your household to assist in interpreting the results. This information will be collected via a short online questionnaire and will be used to produce maps, graphics, tables and figures and reports.

Please complete this short questionnaire to register your dust samples. Once the questionnaire is complete you will be emailed instructions on how to collect your samples and where to post them.

All data will be de-identified to the extent that no address or other personal information can be used to identify the specific sample locations or individuals.
